Where can I find a inexpensive privacy wood pasadena barrier?

Our lawn barrier is in desrepair. We have never met our backyard neighbor before (we just moved here). We want to rebuild the fence between our yard. Should they pay for a part of it?.

Do you do hedge trimming? I have a pretty large hedge in my yard that has gotten completely overgrown. It is about 7 feet tall and about 7 feet wide, and about 80 feet long. I would like it made smaller and shaped a bit better. Just wondering if that’s something you do and what it would cost.
